The Stigma

Mental health…it exists and it deserves to be acknowledged. The only way to end the stigma attached to mental health is to have the uncomfortable conversations. To converse about the triggers, not just the reactions. Check up on your family, your friends and yourself. Be kind and understanding to one another. Be kind and understanding to yourself. 💛
